Data controller
The controller of your personal data is ONEIRA MANAGEMENT & HOSPITALITY G.P. (Tax ID / ΑΦΜ 802853356, ΔΟΥ Αργοστολίου, company registry / ΓΕΜΗ 183990534000), registered at Θέση Κοκύλια Μουσάτων, 28083 Μουσάτα, Κεφαλονιά. Contact enquiry (the “Contact” form)
The form on the site sends nothing to our own servers: what you type (name, email, dates, guest count, villa, message) opens a pre-filled email directly in your own mail app, addressed to info@oneiravillas.gr. We only receive that data if you press “Send” in your own email client, the same as if you had emailed us directly. The legal basis is our pre-contractual step (preparing your booking) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Booking via Roomismo
When you book, you move to Roomismo's booking page (booking.roomismo.com), either by link or inside a frame (iframe) on our /book page. There you enter your details (name, contact details, payment details) directly with Roomismo and its payment providers (Stripe, Viva). Roomismo then tells us about your booking (name, dates, villa, contact details) so we can prepare for your stay.
Guest registration required by law
Greek accommodation law requires us to record ID/passport details of adult guests at check-in and to submit them to the competent authority's guest-registration system.

How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as we need it to prepare and complete your stay, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example for tax purposes). Guest records we are legally required to take at check-in are kept for as long as that law sets, not for a period we choose ourselves.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, port, and object to your data, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these, write to us at info@oneiravillas.gr. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (ΑΠΔΠΧ), www.dpa.gr.
