The reservation, cancellation and payment terms shown and accepted on our booking engine, reproduced here so you can read them ahead of checkout.

Introduction
These are the terms shown and accepted at checkout on our booking engine (booking.roomismo.com). The version shown there prevails over this page.
1. Reservation policy
Booking confirmation: a reservation is confirmed upon full payment of the booking.
Minimum stay: there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
2. Cancellation policy
Standard cancellation: guests may cancel their reservations up to 30 days before check-in without penalty, apart from any occurring transaction processing fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the reservation's total amount.
Non-refundable rates: if you choose a non-refundable rate, your reservation cannot be canceled or modified without charge.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in time: check-in starts at 14:00. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability.
Check-out time: check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.
4. Payments
Accepted payment methods: we accept major credit cards and cash. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified and agreed.
5. Guest identification
ID verification: a valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID.
6. Pet policy
Pet-friendly options: pets are allowed in designated rooms for an additional fee of 100 euros per stay (not night). Please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.
7. Liability
Damage and loss: guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. The property is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
