→ When are the villas open?
The season runs from early May to mid-October. Outside those months the family rests, and answers emails.
→ Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome in designated villas, for €100 per stay (not per night). Tell us about your companion in advance so we can suggest the most suitable villa.
→ How do I get the best rate?
Book directly with us: the same villa without the booking-site commission, and a real person on the other end of the message.
→ Can extra guests stay?
The standard price covers each villa's usual capacity. In the one-bedroom villas (sleeping up to 4) a fifth guest can sometimes be added with an extra bed, for an extra charge. Ask us when you book.
→ What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or a late check-out is sometimes possible, subject to availability and the previous guests' departure. Just ask.
→ What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Within 30 days of check-in, 50% of the total is charged. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed. You'll see the exact terms again before you confirm your booking.
→ Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, 2 nights minimum.
→ How often is the villa cleaned?
Housekeeping every day, fresh linen every three days, or as often as you like. Just ask.
